My Approach

I take a hands-on, movement-based approach to chiropractic care. Instead of quick, one-size-fits-all treatments, I focus on long-term results by blending:


Chiropractic adjustments to restore joint function & reduce pain
Soft tissue therapy to release tight muscles and improve tension
Electroacupuncture to enhance healing and optimize function

Each session at Thrive is 1-on-1 for a full 60 minutes—giving you the time, attention, and personalized care you deserve.

1. free discovery visit

A 30-minute session that involves a history and assessment to determine if Thrive is the right fit for you. We attempt to determine the root cause of your symptoms and discuss options I can provide to help you. If we agree that Thrive isn’t the best fit — don’t worry — my goal is to get you somewhere that aligns with your goals. If Thrive is the right fit, great! I will see you at your Evaluation/First treatment session.

2. Evaluation/first treatment

This is the first paid session. We go right into a 60 minute treatment to see your response to this style of therapy. After you experience the difference that an in-depth, 60-minute session can provide, we discuss which plan of care best suits your goals. This will be how many treatments I believe is best for you based on all the information we have gathered up to this point.

This is where we get into consistent treatments and start noticing improvement. A plan of care typically follows a 3-step journey; Recover, Rebuild, Refine. To learn more, please check the description below!

3 phases of care

Typically, a plan of care goes through 3 difference phases.

  • Optimize healing and pain management (electroacupuncture, adjustments, soft tissue work)

  • Reintroduce range of motion

  • Expose the body to pain free movement

  • Develop movement strategies to progress to Phase 2

1. RECOVER

  • Introduce strengthening and mobility

  • Address weaknesses or imbalances

  • Continue to support body with manual therapy

  • Build the body for Phase 3

  • This is where your body learns to “thrive

  • Maintenance care/prehab to prevent future injuries

  • Improved performance at work, sport, or life
